When restoring paintwork, temperature control and even distribution of polishing compound across the surface are essential. The Centriforce V2 pad range features an innovative conical opening in the centre of the foam. This design element not only significantly improves cooling during machine polishing but also uses centrifugal force to redirect displaced polishing compound back into the pad’s working area. This minimises product waste and extends the working time of the polishing compound.

The blue Super Heavy Cut pad is made from premium German foam characterised by high firmness and excellent wear resistance. How to use

Center the pad and securely attach it to a 125 mm hook-and-loop backing plate.
Apply an appropriate amount of highly abrasive polishing compound to the pad's working surface.
Before starting the polisher, lightly spread the compound over the polished area of the body.
Work at the appropriate speeds according to the polishing compound manufacturer's recommendations and avoid excessive pressure on the machine.
During use, regularly clean the pad with compressed air or a suitable pad brush.
After finishing work or when the pad is saturated with compound, thoroughly clean it using compressed air, a pad brush or wash it.
Rinse the pad with lukewarm water.
Apply a cleaner designed for polishing pads or a mild detergent without fabric softener.
Gently rub the foam with your fingers or a soft brush until polishing compound residues are released.
Rinse thoroughly with water until only clear water runs from the pad.
Gently squeeze out excess water – do not twist or overly squeeze the pad to avoid damaging the foam.
Let it air dry with the Velcro side up, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Proper maintenance significantly extends its service life and preserves polishing performance.
After finishing work, it is important to clean the polishing pad as soon as possible to prevent polishing compound residues from drying inside it.
