The JBL Quantum ONE are wired gaming headphones designed primarily for PC gaming. They combine JBL QuantumSPHERE 360™ spatial sound with head‑tracking, JBL QuantumSOUND Signature tuning and active noise cancellation tailored for gaming. This helps you perceive in‑game events spatially and focus on important sounds, whether subtle footsteps, teammate communication or powerful game effects. Sound is delivered by 50mm neodymium drivers certified for Hi‑Res Audio.

For team communication the headphones feature a detachable voice‑focused microphone. The microphone can be positioned as needed and muted via a button on the headset. The package also includes a game/chat balance controller certified for Discord, allowing you to adjust the mix between game and chat audio without leaving the game. Separate processing for game and chat audio simplifies setting levels per the situation.

The headphones are also designed for extended play. A lightweight headband is complemented by ventilated memory foam ear cushions covered in leather. On PC you can further customize settings in the JBL QuantumENGINE software, which offers spatial sound calibration, an equalizer, RGB effect controls, microphone settings and user profile management. The JBL Quantum ONE connect to a PC via USB. Using the 3.5mm audio connector they can also be used with the other listed gaming platforms, mobile devices, Macs and VR. Note that JBL QuantumSPHERE 360™ spatial sound is available only on PC.

Head‑tracked spatial sound

JBL QuantumSPHERE 360™ creates a spatial audio environment on PC that helps you better perceive the position of sounds around you. It includes head‑tracking via an integrated sensor. The algorithm can be calibrated using the supplied calibration microphone so the spatial rendering matches the individual listener. In the JBL QuantumENGINE software you can also enter head width and height during setup so the spatial profile adapts to the user’s ears. The headphones also support DTS Headphone:X v2.0. Remember that JBL QuantumSPHERE 360™ only works when used with a PC.

Sound for subtle details and powerful effects

JBL QuantumSOUND Signature is tuned for gaming. Sound reproduction is handled by 50mm neodymium drivers with Hi‑Res Audio certification, designed to reproduce both quiet in‑game details and loud effects. This lets you pay attention to footsteps and environmental sounds without losing the impact of major game moments. The headphones also use active noise cancellation optimized for gaming to reduce distracting ambient noise and help you maintain focus. The result is a setup aimed at concentrated listening where both atmosphere and sound cue recognition matter.

Communication under control

The detachable voice‑focused microphone is designed for clear communication with teammates. It can be positioned as needed and echo cancellation helps improve voice transmission. When the mic isn’t needed you can detach it; a mute button on the headset provides quick muting. A practical addition is the game/chat balance controller certified for Discord, which allows you to change the mix during play without leaving the game. Game and chat audio are processed by separate sound cards. The controls are also compatible with TeamSpeak, Skype and other services.

Comfort and PC customization

The lightweight headband and ventilated memory foam ear cushions covered in leather are designed for comfort during long sessions. On PC the JBL QuantumENGINE software expands customization: you can adjust spatial sound, create custom EQ presets or choose from six presets. RGB effect control and microphone volume/sensitivity settings are available. The software lets you create and manage multiple user profiles so you can prepare different setups for different games or preferences. The headphones connect to PC via USB; when connected via the 3.5mm audio jack they can be used with other supported devices.
