Hifonics ZXE4000/1 Amplifier
New Hifonics ZEUS EVOLUTION ZXE amplifiers come factory-equipped with highly functional features such as high-level inputs with EPS®, automatic turn-on, compatibility with Start-Stop systems, Phase Shift, subsonic filter, bass boost, and remote bass level control. This makes them perfectly suited for use in modern Car HiFi systems. Three digital mono amplifiers extend the range of multichannel models for subwoofer applications. As an additional premium feature, a Master/Slave mode is available. If the power of one amplifier is insufficient, a second, structurally identical ZEUS ZXE amplifier can be connected using an RCA cable. In this case, the first amplifier acts as the control unit and operates the second amplifier. Advantage - the power is doubled.
The brushed aluminum heat sink in an elegant gray color is a feast for the eyes. Black die-cast aluminum end caps further emphasize the high quality of the ZEUS EVOLUTION ZXE series. The visual highlight is the illuminated Hifonics logo, which can be switched between blue and white. | Phase shiftPhase shift is a linear electronic oscillator that produces a sinusoidal output. It consists of an inverting part of the amplifier such as a transistor. The feedback network "shifts" the phase at the output of the amplifier by 180 degrees to the oscillation frequency and gives positive feedback. The Phase shift filter produces a phase shift that increases with increasing frequency. This is usually used when the subwoofer sub-assembly is out with the magnet, or when two amplifiers are connected externally.
