The i3 component systems deliver everything you would expect from an excellent two-way system. Thanks to premium materials and exceptionally clever engineering, top-tier sound is effortlessly brought into the vehicle. All components harmonize perfectly and form the ideal team with HELIX and MATCH amplifiers, ensuring maximum performance and output power under all circumstances. In addition, new mechanical technologies were implemented with a strong focus on safety during connection and operation, aiming to provide ideal conditions for vehicle integration with maximum compatibility.
High Efficiency
HELIX COMPOSE stands for smart engineering—and that is why it uses highly efficient 3-ohm technology that pairs perfectly with all HELIX and MATCH amplifiers. The result is a noticeable increase in efficiency and maximum acoustic pressure. Some models will also be available as optional 2-ohm variants, which provide absolutely maximum power and drive for the respective speaker when combined with a suitable amplifier.
Cenosphere Paper Cone
Thanks to the innovative “Cenosphere” surface treatment, hollow spheres are incorporated into the polyamide layer applied to the cone. This process increases stiffness and also optimizes internal damping. The result is an exceptionally stable yet lightweight cone that offers outstanding accuracy in sound reproduction.
High-Tech Polymer Basket
All baskets of the HELIX COMPOSE i7 and i3 speakers are made from a high-tech polymer composite that is additionally reinforced with glass beads. The result: maximum stability with minimal self-resonance, elimination of magnetic flux modulation, and maximum resistance to thermal influences. Last but not least, this allows for much more compact basket dimensions and thus simplified installation in tight mounting conditions.
Stunning Highs and Excellent Stability
The 0.75" / 20 mm tweeter features an innovative titanium dome that combines excellent stability with low moving mass, high internal damping and enormous thermal resistance—perfectly engineered for brilliant, uncompressed high-frequency reproduction.
Perfectly Separated
The Ci3 FX-UNI.2 crossovers are designed for ideal use with HELIX COMPOSE i3 components and for professional in-vehicle COMPOSE integration. They offer a six-step tweeter level adjustment with a 12 dB slope for optimal adaptation to the installation position, plus integrated tweeter protection. Extensive tuning of the frequency crossover ensures the best possible distribution of the frequency band and a coherent sound image. Thanks to their compact dimensions, the Ci3 FX-UNI.2 are ideal for installation in confined spaces and are compatible with COMPOSE Connect and WireKit technologies for safe, error-free connections that meet automotive standards.
COMPOSE Connect
Say goodbye to DIY soldering! COMPOSE Connect is a clever plug-in connection that, together with HELIX COMPOSE components, significantly simplifies car audio installation. Patented plastic housings that accept standard flat plugs and connectors create a completely secure connection compliant with automotive standards and prevent any polarity reversal.
FlexMount20 and FlexMount100 - Universal and Vehicle-Specific
FlexMount is a mounting system based on specially developed adapter rings that enables installation of COMPOSE FlexMount speakers in an almost unlimited number of vehicles. A universal speaker thereby becomes a vehicle-specific solution that can be easily installed into the original mounting location using the appropriate FlexMount adapter ring, installed in an acoustically optimized manner.
WireKit Sets - Plug & Play at Its Best
WireKit sets provide the most convenient way to connect HELIX COMPOSE speaker sets to the vehicle’s original wiring harness. Manufactured to high automotive industry standards, these lockable adapter cables meet all requirements for the harsh environmental conditions that installers encounter daily in vehicles.
