Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 is an innovative, coarse, highly abrasive cutting compound designed for fast machine polishing of heavily weathered paintwork. It is used to remove deep scratches and quickly eliminate paint overspray and sanding marks down to P1200 grit. Thanks to its extremely uniform abrasive particles, Heavy Cut H9.02 delivers exceptional cutting performance while achieving a very good level of gloss. The coarse compound has minimal stickiness and produces very little dust, even during extended polishing sessions. It is suitable for all types of paintwork, from soft finishes to scratch-resistant clear coats.

How to use

• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
• Wash and dry the surface to be polished.
• Polish using overlapping crosshatch movements with a rotary polisher and a lambswool polishing pad (for P1200–P2500 sanding marks) or a Heavy Cut Pad (for P2000–P5000 sanding marks).
• Work with the heavy cutting compound at medium speed and moderate pressure.
• For a high-gloss finish, follow up with Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 finishing polish.
