The Ground Zero GZC 165-30A component system from the limited edition 30th anniversary series builds on the proven Hydrogen series, but with a number of modifications and improvements. Thanks to the combination of a robust mid-bass and tweeter taken from the higher-end Nuclear series, this system offers a very balanced sound with high resolution and dynamics. The design of the 30A edition is distinguished by an exclusive black and gold finish and a red centering spider, which indicates the use of more modern suspension developed using simulation software and Klippel® measurements. The bass driver with a 165 mm unpressed paper cone uses a large 38 mm voice coil, a robust ferrite magnet, and precisely shaped pole plates, ensuring sufficient power reserve and durability under long-term load. The tweeter with a 28 mm silk dome delivers a smooth and detailed performance, even in the lower frequency ranges where conventional tweeters are no longer effective. The crossover is designed in a classic way with 6 dB crossover frequencies for the bass and 12 dB for the tweeter, complemented by high-quality components and the option to select the tweeter level or fine-tune the midrange.

This limited series includes three carefully selected products: the GZA 125.4-30A four-channel amplifier, the GZC 165-30A two-way component system, and the GZW 12-30A subwoofer.
