Thanks to its unique construction with short pile and a flexible backing, it easily handles deep scratches even on complex-shaped parts of the bodywork. It is an ideal choice for demanding detailing work where high cutting power and maximum control over the polisher are required.

This polishing pad represents a top solution for the demanding stage of heavy compounding. The specially selected short-pile wool provides excellent abrasiveness that significantly speeds up the removal of deep scratches, heavy haze and other pronounced paint defects. The short fibers also ensure that the polishing compound stays evenly distributed across the surface, optimizing material consumption and increasing work efficiency.

The key element of the design is a highly flexible backing that allows the pad to perfectly follow curves, edges and all irregularities of the bodywork. This ensures constant contact with the surface and even pressure, minimizing the risk of unwanted overcutting at edges. Working on rounded panels is therefore much safer and more comfortable.

The short-pile wool technology used effectively reduces heat buildup during intensive polishing, thereby protecting the painted surface from overheating. How to use

• Attach the pad precisely to the center of the polisher’s backing plate.
• Apply an appropriate amount of suitable polishing compound directly to the wool surface of the pad.
• Before starting the machine, spread the compound over the polished surface of the bodywork.
• Polish with light pressure and regularly check the paint temperature.
• During work clean the pad regularly using compressed air or a suitable brush.
• After finishing work, clean the pad thoroughly.
