FiiiO BR13

Get rid of annoying cables.

The whole world is gradually moving to wireless technology. Move your home audio setup there too with the FiiO BR13 Bluetooth receiver. Of course, losing playback quality during this transition would not be pleasant, so the BR13 supports LDAC and with it lossless transmission up to 96 kHz/24 bit. Besides the well-known LDAC you can also use codecs aptX Adaptive, aptX, aptX LL, aptX HD and AAC. SBC is also supported, although with this codec the quality does not reach Hi-Res level. The BR13 introduces a new feature: resampling of audio files. For example, if you send a file with a sampling rate of 48 kHz to the device, the BR13 can resample it to 96 kHz, making the final sound much richer and more pleasant to listen to

Wide interface, quality workmanship.

For the widest possible usability this device offers a fairly wide selection of audio outputs. On the rear there is a line output (RCA), an optical output and a coaxial output. It also offers the possibility to connect an optical input and a coaxial input (the coaxial port is bidirectional – at any one time it can be used either as an output or an input). On the front there is a fairly large high-contrast LCD display that clearly shows the used codec, EQ settings and other information. To the left of the display is a button for power on/off and play/pause. To the right of the display there are 4 buttons: one for switching inputs, another for EQ settings. The other two are for finer adjustment of these options. Although on-device button control is pleasantly intuitive, the mobile FiiO Control app is more convenient to use. The BR13 body is made of aluminum alloy. Combined with a specially designed curved front, the display is clearly visible no matter where you view it from.
