As part of the advanced Revolution 3 model series, Crescendo introduces a three-way system with unique acoustic precision and a full frequency range. Carefully selected materials and quality components ensure detailed and balanced sound reproduction, as well as a neat aesthetic with exceptional craftsmanship. The Revolution 3S3 system includes a mid-woofer with a paper cone ensuring faithful sound output with rich low frequencies. The meticulously crafted steel basket helps reduce unwanted resonances, leading to cleaner and more accurate sound. The acoustically seamless midrange speaker is also made of pressed paper, contributing to a top-notch midrange tonality. A common feature with the tweeter, equipped with a silk dome, is a precisely crafted, custom-designed grille for optimal sound passage and visually appealing installations. With high real sensitivity, the Crescendo Revolution 3S3 system is also suitable for less powerful amplifiers.

Paper Cone

The cone of both the mid-woofer and midrange speaker in the Revolution 3 series is made of pressed paper, known for its faithful sound reproduction, excellent dynamics, and accuracy. The low weight of the cone allows for a quick and precise response to sound signals, and this natural material also naturally dampens unwanted resonances in motion. The cone includes a concave dust cap that helps better direct sound, leading to more even sound distribution in space. The concave shape minimizes unwanted resonances that could negatively affect sound quality. This design also allows for a wider frequency response.

Motor with Powerful Ferrite Magnet

The overhung motor design features a coil larger than the magnetic gap length in which the coil moves. This design allows the speaker to achieve more linear coil motion, resulting in lower distortion and better sound quality, especially at higher volumes. The longer coil also provides better control over cone movement. The motor with a robust ferrite magnet ensures high magnetic field stability and contributes to consistent and reliable mid-bass performance.

Silk Dome Tweeter

The silk dome tweeter with a diameter of 28 mm enables the reproduction of high frequencies with excellent clarity and outstanding detail. Midrange Speaker with Paper Cone

The Revolution 3S3 system also includes a midrange speaker with a diameter of 75 mm. Like the mid-woofer, its cone is made of pressed paper with a water-resistant treatment to achieve exceptionally faithful sound reproduction and a wide frequency range. The same material is used for the concave dust cap, which helps distribute sound more evenly in space. The speaker includes an integrated aluminum chassis with a custom-designed grille that visually matches the tweeter. The silver-plated copper wire for connection contributes to sound purity.
