Connection cable for steering wheel adapter 42ARC108
- Connection (patch) cable for connecting aftermarket car radios Digital Dynamics, XZent and Zenec to the steering wheel control adapter (LFB/SWC).
- Different radio manufacturers use different types of control inputs: single-wire, two- and multi-wire (Key1/Key2/GND) or input via a 3.5 mm jack – the exact variant is always specified in the BDA (manual) of the specific radio.
- All required connection wires must be connected before connecting the interface to the vehicle.
- For some radios it is necessary to additionally "teach" (remap) the steering wheel button functions in the unit's menu according to the instructions in the radio manufacturer's BDA.
- Always test proper function before final installation.
