Interconnect cable for steering wheel adapter 42ARC000
- Patch cable for connecting aftermarket car radios to a steering wheel control adapter (LFB/SWC).
- Different radio manufacturers use different types of control inputs: single-wire, two- and multi-wire (Key1/Key2/GND) or input via a 3.5 mm jack – the exact variant is always specified in the BDA (manual) of the specific head unit.
- All necessary connection wires must be wired before connecting the interface to the vehicle.
- For some radios it is necessary to additionally "teach" (remap) the steering wheel button functions in the unit menu according to the radio manufacturer's BDA.
- Always test correct function before final installation.
