Carbon Collective Nuovo SiO2 Plastic Protectant is a professional spray-on protection for plastic surfaces, designed to protect and revive both interior and exterior automotive plastics for the long term. The active SiO₂ (silicon dioxide) content provides strong UV protection that helps prevent fading and ageing caused by sunlight. This product creates a non-greasy finish that repels water, dust, dirt and stains, making subsequent maintenance and cleaning of surfaces easier. Surfaces stay cleaner longer thanks to antistatic properties that reduce dust buildup. The protective film is abrasion-resistant and leaves plastics with a natural appearance without a shiny “rubbery” effect. The product is ideal for a wide range of surfaces, including textured and smooth plastics, rubberized parts, vinyl, leather, interior trim and plastics in the engine bay. The protective layer lasts up to 6 months on interior and engine bay plastics and up to 3 months on exterior trim, making this solution powerful and long-lasting for plastic detailing. How to use
- Shake the product well.
- Spray 3 to 4 times onto a cloth Twisted Clarity.
- Begin wiping the dashboard or other surfaces.
- Use the other side of the microfiber cloth to wipe the surface.
- Work in small sections.
- Repeat this process until the desired result is achieved.
- If the detailer gets on glass or glossy surfaces, remove it immediately.
- Do not use on fabric or Alcantara!
