When performing detailed car polishing, you often encounter spots where a regular large polisher simply won't fit. Mirrors, the area under door handles, bumper grilles or narrow body pillars require a specific approach. This cordless mini polisher was designed precisely for those purposes. It allows easy configuration changes between an oscillating motion (Dual Action with a 9 mm throw) and true rotation. Combined with backing plates in 1.5" and 2" sizes, you get a tool that adapts to every crease and detail on the vehicle. The kit also includes extension rods and special polishing cones that enable safe polishing even in extremely confined spaces, such as inner wheel wells or gaps in radiator grilles.
At the heart of the polisher is an upgraded 300W motor that delivers increased power and torque compared to previous versions. A clear digital LED display shows the current speed setting, with seven adjustable speed levels from 1000 to 5000 RPM. An integrated load sensor further optimizes operation in full-rotation mode, ensuring stable performance even under light pressure. How to use
- Before starting, select the appropriate mode (rotary or eccentric with 9 mm throw) and mount the correct backing plate in 1.5" or 2" size.
- If you need to reach deeper or tighter spots, screw in the 35 mm or 65 mm extension rod.
- Firmly centre the chosen polishing pad (foam, wool, microfiber or felt) on the backing plate according to the desired level of paint correction.
- Insert a fully charged 12V battery into the base of the polisher’s handle.
- Apply a small amount of polishing compound to the pad and bring it to the vehicle surface.
- Turn on the device and use the buttons to set the desired speed (1 to 7) on the digital LED display.
- Polish the surface with light pressure and smooth movements, continuously checking the condition of the paint.
- When a battery is depleted, replace it with the second fully charged battery and place the empty battery in the charger to ensure uninterrupted work.
- After finishing, clean the pads and store the polisher and accessories back in the protective case.
