The Compound 1 (green pad) version has a 15 mm thickness and represents the most aggressive option in the range. The microfibre filaments can hold the optimal amount of abrasive compound and distribute it evenly across the surface, ensuring consistent cutting performance. How to use

• Center the pad precisely and attach it to the hook-and-loop backing of a 125 mm backing plate.
• Before first use, apply enough polishing compound so the microfibres are fully primed.
• When polishing, apply a standard amount of compound (typically 3–4 pea-sized drops).
• Polish with light to medium pressure and let the machine speed and the microfibre's abrasive ability do the work.
• After each section, thoroughly clean the pad with compressed air or a special pad brush to remove dried compound and loosened paint.
• After use, wash the pad in warm water with a microfiber-safe detergent and let it air dry.
