The development of this foaming attachment responds to weaknesses of commonly available foamers that often suffer mechanical damage from drops or corrosion of internal parts. The anodized aluminum construction provides a significant reduction in weight, considerably reducing hand fatigue during work and making handling around the vehicle easier. Unlike traditional brass bodies, this material does not corrode, which dramatically extends the overall lifetime of the mechanism. The developers completely removed the traditional top rotary regulator, which was the most frequent point of damage when accidentally dropped. A stable base of the bottle also ensures the attachment stands firmly even when completely empty, preventing accidental tipping and spillage of the prepared mixture.

The heart of the system is the innovative Chem-Mix technology, which forces the mixed solution through a special metal mesh. This process ensures creation of exceptionally dense, stable and uniform foam that remains on the bodywork surface for a long time and effectively releases adhered dirt even before mechanical contact. For precise control of chemical consumption and foam density, the attachment is equipped with a side lever switch that allows comfortable adjustment across eight defined levels with one hand. The ergonomic nozzle head then serves for smooth adjustment of spray width, so you can easily adapt the foam stream to the size and shape of the specific vehicle.

User comfort is further enhanced by a redesigned bottle with a transparent design and wide neck, which facilitates filling without the risk of spilling concentrate outside the bottle. A precise measuring scale on the bottle wall helps you mix the recommended dilution ratio with maximum accuracy and without the need for additional measuring cups. Inside the bottle there is a flexible suction tube with a stainless steel weight and integrated filter, which ensures stable suction of the solution at any tilt angle and protects the internal mechanism from ingesting possible debris. The attachment comes fitted with a standard quick connector for immediate connection to modern detailing guns.

How to use

• Unscrew the bottle from the aluminum foamer body.
• Pour water into the bottle and add the appropriate amount of active foam according to the manufacturer's recommended dilution ratio.
• Screw the bottle back onto the foamer body and gently shake to mix the solution.
• Connect the foamer using the 1/4" quick connector to the lance of your pressure washer.
• Use the side switch to choose one of eight foam density levels.
• Rotate the front nozzle to set the desired spray width and direction.
• Apply the foam evenly to the vehicle surface from bottom to top and let it dwell.
• After finishing, flush the foamer with clean water to prevent clogging of the internal metal filter.
