Blaupunkt RVC 3.0 HD
The Blaupunkt RVC 3.0 HD is a rugged, universal reversing camera designed primarily for passenger and commercial vehicles, vans, motorhomes or trucks. It offers switchable AHD 720p / CVBS PAL output, a high-quality CMOS sensor, an integrated microphone, heating and an exceptionally durable construction with IP69K protection. Thanks to 18 infrared LEDs, the camera can display the area behind the vehicle even in complete darkness. The manufacturer states a night-vision range of approximately 12 meters at 0 lx. The camera is therefore suitable even for larger vehicles that often park or maneuver in poor lighting conditions.
AHD 720p and classic PAL signal
The Blaupunkt RVC 3.0 HD allows switching between the modern AHD 720p video signal and the classic CVBS PAL. This makes it compatible with a variety of monitors and multimedia units. The high-quality CMOS sensor provides an image suitable for safe reversing and more accurate maneuvering, even with larger vehicles.
Night vision up to 12 meters
For driving in the dark, the camera is equipped with 18 infrared LEDs that activate automatically when needed. With IR illumination enabled, the camera can operate at 0 lx and the manufacturer states visibility at approximately 12 meters. Without IR illumination the camera's light sensitivity is 1 lx.
Integrated microphone
The RVC 3.0 HD also features an integrated microphone, allowing both video and audio from the area behind the vehicle to be transmitted when used with a compatible monitor. This is practical, for example, with motorhomes, vans or trucks during precise maneuvers.
Integrated heating
Another advantage of the RVC 3.0 HD is the integrated camera heating. It helps keep the camera operational at low temperatures and assists in removing snow or ice from its surface.
IP69K durability
The camera is designed for use in demanding outdoor conditions. The IP69K rating provides very high resistance to water and contaminants, and the construction is also designed for high resistance to vibration and impacts. An operating temperature range from -20 to +70 °C allows year-round use.
Wide field of view
The Blaupunkt RVC 3.0 HD offers a horizontal viewing angle of 90°, vertical 50° and diagonal 110°. This gives the driver a sufficiently wide overview of the area behind the vehicle when parking and maneuvering.
