The AudioControl PNW-69CS2 speakers draw on the brand’s more than 45 years of experience developing high-end audio components, which is reflected in the new PNW series. This line was inspired by the diverse landscapes of the American Northwest and delivers a clean, detailed, and dynamic sound with an excellent listening experience. The speakers combine a rugged build with modern technologies: a reinforced steel frame for maximum rigidity, a black-anodized voice-coil former for effective heat dissipation, and a linear dual surround that enables precise, controlled cone movement. The poly-mica cone surface ensures optimized reproduction and a natural sonic character. High frequencies are handled by a hybrid silk tweeter with a rear-damped chamber, extending the frequency range and providing a smooth yet detailed presentation. Quality mounting hardware is included to simplify installation. For a complete system, the speakers can be paired with subwoofers from the Spike or Space series.
