Gyeon Q²M Tar REDEFINED is a high-quality tar and adhesive residue remover. Unlike most tar removers, Gyeon Q²M Tar REDEFINED does not negatively affect exterior surfaces and is safe for all bodywork parts. It can be used on paint, glass and plastic trims, both painted and unpainted. Being pH-neutral, it can also be used to remove tar from uncoated polished ALU wheel lips where classic removers can cause staining. Most vehicles inevitably accumulate significant tar and asphalt contamination during everyday use. This problem is especially pronounced on high-performance and aggressively driven cars. Gyeon Q²M Tar REDEFINED offers a remarkable solution. With the added benefit of a new low-VOC formulation, the decontamination process is accelerated and typically time-consuming steps like claying are minimized. How to use
- Before you start, watch the original Gyeon YouTube video.
- First wash the car with a wash mitt and car shampoo (e.g. Gyeon Q²M Bathe).
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Never work in direct sunlight or on a hot surface.
- Always use protective gloves when working with the cleaner.
- Spray onto the surface and leave to act for a few minutes.
- Then gently wipe with a long-pile microfiber cloth (e.g. Purestar Grass Buffing Towel), or rinse off with high-pressure water.
- For wiping, Gyeon also recommends the hot-water method, where you progressively rinse the product off using a drying mitt Gyeon Q²M SilkMitt EVO and a bucket of hot water.
- Never allow the product to dry on the surface!
- After decontamination we recommend washing and drying the vehicle again.
