The Crunch CRE400.4DSP is a compact four-channel amplifier with an integrated 6-channel DSP processor that enables comprehensive control of front and rear systems while also offering a separate RCA output for connecting an additional amplifier, for example for a subwoofer. The design combines an analog four-channel power stage with a digital processor in one compact body, making it a practical solution for installations that require active system control without an external DSP.

Signal processing is handled by a 32-bit Dual Core DSP with high-quality AKM A/D converters, which contribute to low distortion and clean reproduction. A parametric 31-band equalizer, time alignment and crossovers with adjustable slopes up to 48 dB/oct. are available, allowing precise tuning of active and semi-active systems. For quick setup the amplifier includes 9 preinstalled presets adapted to different vehicle sizes and listening preferences.

The equipment also includes an integrated Bluetooth module with A2DP/aptX support for wireless music streaming. The DSP can be configured conventionally via PC software (Windows) using a USB connection, or wirelessly via an app for iOS and Android. The amplifier features high-level inputs, an AUX input, Bluetooth audio input, six RCA outputs for further signal processing and an automatic turn-on function as well as REM OUT for controlling additional devices.

The alternative kit Crunch CRE400.4DSP-ISO offers the possibility of easy connection of the amplifier to many head units using the supplied 1-meter ISO cable. In addition, Crunch also offers ISO.M adapter cables that are designed for specific vehicle types and allow the installation to be tailored to the given car.
