This microfibre pad is an effective solution for removing paint defects such as deeper scratches, holograms or matt surfaces left by previous aggressive polishing. The specially developed construction combines the high cutting power of microfibre with the finesse needed to achieve a high final gloss. Short, densely woven fibers ensure consistent pressure and even material removal across the pad surface.

Due to its versatility the pad is suitable both for the aggressive cutting phase of multi-stage correction and for one-step polishing. The resulting effect depends on the chosen combination of polishing compound and paint hardness, giving broad possibilities to adapt to a specific vehicle. The flexible intermediate layer minimizes vibration and makes it easier to guide the polisher over complex body parts.

Instructions for use

• Center the pad and firmly attach it to a hook-and-loop backing plate of the appropriate diameter.
• Apply an appropriate amount of polishing compound directly onto the microfibre surface of the pad.
• Before starting the polisher, gently spread the compound over the area to be polished.
• Work with moderate pressure and let the machine rotation together with the microfibre do the job.
• During polishing clean the pad regularly using compressed air or a special brush to remove compound residues and loosened paint.
