This set contains pads of different hardness, from highly abrasive to fine finishing, which provides maximum flexibility when removing scratches and final polishing to a high gloss. With a polishing surface diameter of 70 mm and compatibility with a 50 mm backing plate, this set is an ideal helper for precise detailing work.

When machine polishing a bodywork you often encounter spots where common large pads fail or where their use is risky. This set of five polishing pads is specially designed for precise work on complex body shapes such as door pillars, mirrors, bumpers or around handles. The smaller diameter gives you maximum control over the polishing process and lets you achieve professional results even in the most difficult-to-access details.

The set includes five different pad types that cover the entire correction process from the roughest cutting to the final high gloss. You will find highly abrasive wool and microfibre pads for quick removal of deep scratches and oxidation, as well as classic foam pads of various densities for medium polishing and final finishing to an absolute mirror gloss without holograms.

Instructions for use

• Regularly check pad temperature during polishing, as excessive overheating significantly shortens its life and damages the foam and adhesive.
• If the pad overheats, allow it to cool sufficiently before further polishing.
• The pad must be cleaned regularly during work to avoid saturation with dried polishing compound and reduced polishing effectiveness.
• To remove compound during work use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, while the polisher runs at low speed.
• Alternatively, you can use an air compressor to blow out built-up compound from the pad while the polisher is running.
• After finishing work wash the pads in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent; we recommend Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
• Never wash the pads together with microfiber towels or cloths.
• Do not tumble dry the pads; instead let them air dry with the polishing side facing down on a drying towel.
• For hand washing use the special cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• Store cleaned pads in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closable clean box.
