ADBL Pad Cleaner is an innovative and highly effective product designed for thorough cleaning of polishing pads. This specially developed cleaner effortlessly removes deeply embedded residues of polishing compounds, waxes and other contaminants that settle on pads during work. Regular use restores the pads’ original properties, significantly extends their service life and ensures consistent results with each subsequent polishing.

During machine polishing the polishing pads quickly become clogged with residues of compound, paint and wax, which significantly reduces their efficiency and increases surface heating. This cleaner can quickly dissolve and release these stubborn contaminants from the delicate pad structure. The result is a perfectly clean pad ready for safe reuse without the risk of scratching the paint with old dried compound.

The product offers maximum flexibility in use. It can be applied directly to the contaminated pad surface as a local cleaner for hand washing, or used in professional pad washers. When used in cleaning machines it excels with great economical yield – only a minimal amount of concentrate is sufficient to effectively clean a whole set of pads.

Cleaning the pads is accompanied by a Raspberry scent that makes work in the workshop more pleasant. Regular maintenance of accessories is the key to perfect polishing results; this cleaner is a reliable way to keep your equipment in perfect condition for a long time.

Instructions for use

• Put on rubber protective gloves.
• Spray a reasonable amount of the product directly onto the soiled polishing pad.
• Let it act for several seconds to minutes so that contaminants and compound residues dissolve.
• Then rinse the pad thoroughly in lukewarm water, or use compressed air, a Tornador or a pad washer.
• If the pad is heavily clogged repeat the whole procedure.
• After cleaning rinse the pad thoroughly under running water to remove all cleaner residues.
• Let the pad dry naturally on a drying towel polish-side down.
• For use in a pad washer add 25 to 50 ml of the product to 5 liters of water, insert the pad and clean it by rotating at high speed.
• The packaging contains a QR code linking to a video with a demonstrative procedure.
