Active foam Koch Chemie Vorreiniger B NTA frei

A highly concentrated alkaline product that creates intense foam for washing passenger cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Special anti-corrosion inhibitors ensure high material compatibility with sensitive components such as anodised aluminium (does not damage aluminium strips). High-quality surfactants and complexing agents dissolve not only road dirt, but also insects, bird droppings and other static contamination in a matter of seconds. Koch Chemie Vorreiniger B NTA frei is suitable for contactless washing of passenger cars and trucks and for heavily frequented car and truck wash lines. It is also suitable for washing chassis, dirt on steel rims and painted aluminium rims. It removes the protective layer of natural wax.

Dilution options

Pre-wash - 1:30 to 1:50.
Rim cleaning - 1:3 to 1:10.
Wax removal - 1:5 to 1:10.
Self-service high-pressure washers - 1:300.
Class A in accordance with VDA - exposure time max. 5 min, max. concentration when used 1:300.
Class B - exposure time max. 1 min, max. concentration when used 1:30.

How to use

Using the foaming attachment:

Cool the vehicle.
Rinse with pressurised water using a high-pressure cleaner.
Pour the concentrate or a 1:1 to 1:2 dilution into the foam attachment bottle.
Apply to the vehicle using the foam attachment and leave the product to work for 1 to 2 minutes.
Do not allow the product to dry on the vehicle.
In case of heavy soiling, wash the vehicle with a washing glove.
Then rinse the vehicle with pressurised water.
Do not use in direct sunlight or on heated painted surfaces!

Using a pressure sprayer:

Cool the vehicle.
Rinse with pressurised water using a high-pressure cleaner.
Dilute the product 1:10 - 1:20 and pour into a prepared spray container.
Spray the diluted product onto the vehicle from the bottom up and leave to act for 1 to 2 minutes.
Do not allow the product to dry on the vehicle.
In case of heavy soiling, wash the vehicle with a washing glove.
Then rinse with pressurised water and dry.
Do not use in direct sunlight or on heated painted surfaces!
