The Blaupunkt Nürnberg 200 DAB BT is a classic 1DIN car radio from the PRO-LINE series that combines Blaupunkt's traditional design with modern features. It offers a DAB/DAB+ tuner, a High Grade FM/AM tuner with RDS, Bluetooth for handsfree calling and music streaming, front USB and AUX inputs and a maximum output of 4 × 50 W. Unlike the Essen 200 DAB BT model, it does not have a CD mechanism, which means it has a significantly shallower installation depth of only 110 mm. Therefore it is suitable for vehicles where there is less space behind the head unit.
DAB+ and High Grade RDS tuner
The Nürnberg 200 DAB BT supports digital DAB/DAB+ broadcasting as well as classic FM/AM radio. The analog tuner offers RDS functions AF, CT, PS, REG, TA and TP and memory for 15 FM and 15 AM stations. The DAB antenna connects via an SMB connector with 12V phantom power. The DAB antenna is an optional accessory and is not included in the package.
Bluetooth with handsfree
The integrated Bluetooth supports HFP and A2DP profiles, allowing handsfree calling and wireless music playback. The radio has an integrated microphone, supports pairing one device and provides access to up to 100 contacts in the phonebook.
USB and AUX input
On the front panel there is a USB input for playing MP3 and WMA files and a classic 3.5 mm AUX input. The radio supports bitrates of 32–320 kbit/s and can display information about the file, folder, track, artist, album and playback time.
Power 4 × 50 W
The built-in four-channel amplifier offers a maximum power of 4 × 50 W and a continuous (RMS) power of 4 × 25 W at 14.4 V. For connecting an external amplifier there is one pair of RCA outputs with a level of 1.5 V RMS. Sound can be adjusted using Bass/Treble, Balance/Fader, the X-Bass function and preset modes Flat, Rock, Pop and Classic.
